Put cream cheese, butter, and confectioner’s sugar. Mix well.
For cake pops, use a mini ice cream scoop to scoop up a dough to have equal portions, and mold into circle. Prepare a lollipop stick. Dip in a melted chocolate and insert in the middle of the cakepop just halfway of it.
For cakesicles, use a cakesicle molder and put just the right amount of dough. Insert the popsicle stick in the middle just halfway through it.
Chill for 30minutes.
Prepare the coating: Melt the chocolates using a bain marie method or using a microwave oven. Transfer the melted chocolate in a dip glass container for easy dipping.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Dip the cakes into the melted chocolate. Do this twice to cover completely so as the cake cannot be seen.
