Marshmallow Fondant By Teacher Maria

Ingredients:

  • 425g mini marshmallow
  • 2tbsp of water
  • 6-8 cups of powdered sugar, sifted

Procedure:

  1. Put the marshmallow in a microwavable bowl. Add water.
  2. Melt the marshmallow using microwave oven.
  3. When melted, add the sifted powdered sugar one cup at a time. This will produce a sugar dough-like marshmallow.
  4. You will know when to stop adding powdered sugar when the sugar dough is not sticky anymore and powdered sugar can’t be absorbed anymore.
  5. Rest your fondant 2-3 hours in a tightly sealed container or on a zip lock bag before use.
